I've been going this shop for a few years. I (MiMi) must give Jessica 5 stars. She's always polite, professional and concerned about your thoughts regarding her work. She's excellent with both mani's and pedi's. Another one that does excellent pedicures is Chen. He makes your feet feel brand new!! Thank you Jessica and Chen!!!

Broke a nail bad over the holiday weekend and needed it fixed bc it was painful. They were the only salon I found open in a 50 mile radius and I was in town visiting, as in I'm not from Chicago, and lots were listed open that I drove to and were not. They not only fixed the nail but I got a brand new dipped set on my natural nails that looked better than my original set I came in with that wasn't even 2 weeks old…

Attitude is so important. Everyone is so friendly, this is my second time here and I will continue coming. There is another nail shop 4 min away and I use to go but the techs have so much Attitude and not friendly. This place is 9 mins away but I will drive further for customer service. It's clean and they do great work. Thank you guys for always being kind
